Russian nuclear player Rosenergoatom has held talks with Electricité de France to establish a cooperation agreement for 2007.
This year the budget runs to $31million, as against $1million in 2006, and sees the sides planning a lot of joint projects this year, including implementing six big projects in Russia and particularly considering a €30 million joint project for enhancing the safety of Kalinin nuclear plant.
Both parties pointed out that in light of recent reforms their existing agreement, which began in 1993, should be revised.
