South Texas Project Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) has chosen American Management Systems and Synergen Associates to implement its procurement and inventory control system (PICS). STPNOC is owned by Houston Lighting & Power Company, Central Power and Light Company, City Public Service of San Antonio and the City of Austin.
