Westinghouse Electric has acquired a controlling interest in Logitest, a nuclear non-destructive testing company based in Ulis, France. Logitest is one of only three companies qualified to conduct steam generator inspections in France. Westinghouse also announced it had sold the non-nuclear portions of its Barras Provence operations.
