GSE Systems, which provides real time simulation and control products, has won contracts to provide simulators to two Ukrainian nuclear power plants. The company will supply units 1 and 3 at the the South Ukraine NPP and unit 3 at the Rovno NPP. The contracts are part of the US Department of Energy’s International Nuclear Safety Programme aimed at improving the safety of Soviet-designed nuclear power stations.
