Yellowcake to list on OFEX next month

A company formed to invest in the global uranium mining industry, Yellowcake plc, is expected to list on the UK's OFEX exchange next month.

The move is aimed at raising some £425,000 (€625,000) by offering up to 25 million shares at 2 pence (€¢3) each.

The company intends to use the proceeds from the share issue to acquire stakes in uranium mining projects in Canada, South Africa, parts of the former Soviet Union and the USA.
