Guangdong province dominates Chinese nuclear power

With some 4GWe of nuclear capacity, South China's Guangdong Province contributes 58% of the country's total nuclear capacity, making it the nuclear powerhouse for the giant nation.

In addition, Guangdong will launch two new nuclear power projects in the next few years, including the second phase of Lingao Nuclear Power Station and the first phase of Yangjiang Nuclear Power Station.
