Eurotech bags orders

3 April 2002

Eurotech has received two orders, worth a total of $67,000, for the application of Ekor grout. One is from medical diagnostics and therapeutics business Amersham, and the other is from the Battelle Memorial Institute, a DoE contractor for facility decommissioning.

In the Battelle application, Ekor grout will be pumped into buried pipes that contain radioactive contamination. A short curing cycle will fix the contamination in the pipes for disassembly, transportation and disposal.
