ASE Group of Companies and IBM Corporation have signed an Agreement on cooperation in the field of digital transformation development

The Agreement was signed by the President of ASE Group of Companies, Valery Limarenko, and the General Director of IBM in Russia and CIS, Andrey Filatov. 

The Agreement signed will allow to continue active cooperation between ASE and IBM on development of Multi-D technology and on making solutions based on artificial intelligence and computer-aided learning using cognitive technologies and “Internet of Things”.

“Digital transformation embraces both the companies’ internal processes and the products the organizations offer to their customers and consumers.  The synergy of cooperation between IBM and ASE is obvious: it is a profound industry expertise, ample international opportunities and finally – unique advantages for the customers.  We believe that this cooperation will enable the participants of the ecosystem to be one step ahead”, said Andrey Filatov, IBM Russia and CIS General Director.  

“One of ASE Group of Companies strategic goals is to build an industrial digital platform to manage lifecycle processes of complex engineering facilities based on Multi-D technology. For this purpose, we are planning to use the latest inventions in the field of these technologies, such as blockchains and “Internet of Things”, as well as “big” data.” Combination of IBM technologies with ASE experience and knowledge will allow creating new high-tech products, demanded both on the Russian and International markets” - said Valery Limarenko, the President of ASE Group of Companies.
