Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to whom the contract is to be awarded: No legal form is required but in the event of a group of contractors submitting an acceptable offer, it will be necessary to provide an undertaking that each company or firm will be jointly and severally responsible for the due performance of the contract.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Tenderers will be required to provide information as requested via Sellafield Ltd's CTM system, details of which are set out herein. These details are a mandatory requirement for being eligible to participate in the tender.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: If the annual turnover of the tenderer is not at least three times the total tender price, Sellafield Ltd reserve the right to exclude the tender from consideration.

These details are a mandatory requirement for being eligible to participate in the tender.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: As the successful tenderer will supply and install the RDIS for a nuclear site, safety will be paramount. If Sellafield Limited's assessment of the safety capability and track record of any tender produces an unsatisfactory result, Sellafield Limited reserve the right to exclude the tender from consideration.

7. Socio Economics. Weighting: 2.
8. Compliance with Sellafield Ltd Code of Ethics. Weighting: 2.
