The 2020 World Nuclear Exhibition will now take place from 8 to 10 December 2020 in Hall 7 of Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre.
The decision was taken to postpone the conference – originally scheduled for 23-25 June – due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Maurice Gourdault Montagne, President of WNE, and Michel Filzi, CEO of Reed Exposition France, said:
"We are grateful for the many messages of support we have received from our customers and partners. These new dates, and staying at the original location, are excellent news especially for our international exhibitors and participants."
WNE said it plans to stay in touch with the nuclear community by organising alternative digital events on the original dates in June. The programme is expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
The WNE is a key event for professionals and companies wishing to contribute to the excellence of the global nuclear industry.
The 2018 World Nuclear Exhibition, which took place in June 2018, had some 750 registered exhibitors and was attended by delegates from 62 different countries.
