A group of 15 armed men seized the administrative building of the Kamyshlovsky construction materials plant (KZSM) in Russia's Sverdlovsk region on 24 November.

KZSM, which belongs to the Atomic Energy Ministry, supplies materials and equipment for nuclear power stations maintenance and radwaste recycling.

The armed group broke into the office of the KZSM director, which was occupied by the acting provisional manager Yury Suzdalev, and removed Suzdalev, the chair of the company's supervisory board, Andrei Shchegolev, and four guards from the premises.
