Rosatom’s Fuel Division TVEL and IT developer Industry Soft Solutions have signed a strategic partnership agreement consolidating efforts to develop an industrial artificial intelligence platform, AtomMind. The platform will receive new functionality and evolve from a predictive analytics tool into a single environment for industrial artificial intelligence
While version 1.0 was focused on solving local problems on individual hardware, the new platform provides enterprises with the ability to independently develop, deploy and manage multiple AI solutions. The key difference is the creation of a single control centre for all AI assets of the enterprise, where heterogeneous data is consolidated and security is implemented at the architectural level answering the requirements for critical information infrastructure facilities.
Previously, the project to create a centralised segment for TVEL’s predictive analytics system was designated as particularly significant and received government co-financing from the Russian Information Technology Development Fund.
The key task of joint work is to make artificial intelligence technologies accessible to a wide range of industrial enterprises, reducing barriers to their implementation. As part of the cooperation, the parties will form a single technological circuit for industrial AI, which will provide customers with the opportunity to quickly transition from pilot projects to industrial operation and scaling of solutions.
The product is focused on applications in the nuclear industry, mechanical engineering, metallurgy, chemical industry and fuel & energy complex. A new release of AtomMind is planned for the end of 2026.

AtomMind is an industrial artificial intelligence platform for quickly creating and managing industrial AI solutions. The platform provides adaptable tools for predictive analytics, optimisation of production chains and automation of routine tasks. It provides centralised control over AI assets and built-in compliance with information security requirements, work with small data and replicability of solutions. The platform is included in the register of domestic software of the Ministry of Digital Affairs of Russia.
