A recent court decision to revoke the award of a tender for the design and construction of a storage facility for spent nuclear fuel in Ukraine is set to be the subject of an appeal.
National nuclear energy generation company Energoatom is expected to appeal against the Kiev economic court decision which cancelled the original tender, won by US firm Holtec International.
