Utilipoint International has announced its purchase of the utility consultancy practice of Scientech and the daily energy e-publication IssueAlert.
Jon Brock, COO of Utilipoint International, said: "We are looking to expand in the energy investment, market research, and IT areas. We plan to accomplish this by continuing our long history of providing consulting and research, as well as entertaining acquisition opportunities that align and complement our expertise."
