Submit abstracts for Fire & Safety 2004

The fifth in NEI's series of Fire & Safety meetings will take place in Munich, Germany, on 11-12 March 2004. Abstracts of up to 500 words, in English, are invited on a wide range of issues, including: regulation; case studies and near misses; hazard assessment and analysis; active and passive fire suppression techniques; fire spreading and simulation; human factors; cable fires; equipment protection; economics; liability.

The main focus of the meeting will once again be practical solutions for nuclear plants, on maintaining safety in depth as stations age, and on sharing the experience of those closely involved in the industry.
