EVALUATION: The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to this solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. All items shall be quoted. No partial quotes will be accepted. Evaluation of price will be based on the offerors unit price and price for total quantities (to include shipping of samples) to Tobyhanna, PA.
