Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 189 each for the base and each option year. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 47 each for the base year only. The maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 284 each for the base and each option year. The minimum and maximum ordering quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years.
