New ANS president

Harold Ray has started his one-year term as president of the American Nuclear Society. He succeeds Dr Gail Marcus.

He is the executive vice president of Rosemead, one of Southern California Edison's business units, responsible for all SCE's power generating facilites, and wholesale purchases and selling of electricity.
