General Electric has held talks in Moscow with senior management of nuclear company Rosenergoatom, setting out its plans for the Russian nuclear market with a view to a commercial alliance.
GE has already established a Moscow division which will deal with nuclear energy while Rosenergoatom holds all 10 operating Russian nuclear power plants with 31 units generating some 23,242 MWe.
