EU delays Toshiba-Westinghouse review

The European Commission has delayed its antitrust review into Toshiba Corp’s $5.4 billion acquisition of Westinghouse Electric from British Nuclear Fuels (BNFL).

Regulators are now expected to consider the deal by 19 September.
