Utz Claassen, chief executive of Germany's Energie Baden-Württemberg (EnBW) has called for the coalition government to reconsider the country's nuclear decommissioning consensus in line with recent developments, according to local media reports.

“In view of at times dramatic climate changes, thinking about the modernisation of the agreements on nuclear decommissioning ought to be allowed,” Claassen said.
