Development of BWR technology training course, USA, (Deadline: 20 April 2010-tbc)

The primary objective of this contract is to develop a Boiling Water Reactor Technology Training Course from design control documentation and combined operating licensee application(s) submitted to the NRC. Working from within the NRC Technical Training Center in Chattanooga, TN the contracted staff will use NRC reference material to produce a student reference manual and PowerPoint instructor presentations.

The performance period will be from day of award through 8 months.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on or about March 19, 2010 and the closing date for proposals will be 30 days from the date the full solicitation gets posted. The solicitation will be available solely through the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.

The size standard for this acquisition is set forth under NAICS code 611430. Proposals for this requirement may be submitted by all concerns, i.e., large businesses, small business, and small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
