The scope of work which is covered in these Framework Contract(s) will embrace the following topics although it should be noted that this outline is not exhaustive. These have been split into "lots" and prospective contractors are requested to bid for all or individually as relevant to experience. The lots are aligned with the following broad headings:
— Decommissioning - This may include Front End Characterisation, Decontamination, Manufacturing & Installation, Dismantlement, Removal, Project Management, Operations and Asset Care tasks that aid decommissioning projects,
— Demolition – this may include survey of buildings, demolition work packages, demolition of structures and waste segregation via appropriate waste routes,
— Waste Streaming – this may include assistance in the development of waste routes for the recycling and disposal of materials from decommissioning and other activities. This may also include transportation.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 140 000 000 GBP.
