Data Systems & Solutions (DS&S) has been awarded a contract for computer integration at Russia's Kalinin 2 plant.
Since 2002 DS&S, a joint venture of Rolls Royce and Science Applications International, has been designing, developing and installing computerised information and safety panels at the plant in a contract with plant owner/operator Rosenergoatom. Now it will complete system integration, provide training, finalise technology transfer and secure licensing approval.
