CEZ increases Skoda holding

Czech utility CEZ has agreed a debt-for-equity swap with Skoda Praha related to fines for the delayed launch of the Temelin plant. CEZ is to increase its stake in the troubled engineering company from 29.8% to 68.9% in exchange for the $25 million that Skoda Praha owes CEZ.
