Bohunice International Decommissioning Support Fund
Project A6-B8 “PMU Offices Relocation and NPP V1 Decommissioning Information Centre”.
This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project, which was published in the Trade Gazzete of the Slovak Republic and on the EBRD´s and JAVYS´s web site on 17th December 2010.
NB: The Site visit will take place on 28th of July 2011 beginning from 9.00 a.m. at NPP V1 Jaslovské Bohunice, INFOCENTRUM meeting room (entrance of administrative building). For arranging of entry permission the perspective Tenderers are requested to submit the following data of their representatives who wish to participate at Site visit meeting: name, date of birth, personal identification number for slovak citizens, identification card or passport No., home address, within one week before the visit’s date. Due to limited number of places at meeting room a maximum 2 persons of each Tenderer will be allowed to attend the above meeting.

(JAVYS), hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, has received of a grant from The Bohunice International Decommissioning Support Fund (BIDSF), administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the Project A6-B8 “PMU Offices Relocation and NPP V1 Decommissioning Information Centre”.?The Employer now invites sealed tenders from contractors for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the Grant.?The Contractor shall perform the works in accordance with the design documentation (detailed design) provided by JAVYS, a.s. for implementation both the PMU Offices (Administrative building) and the V1 NPP Decommissioning Information Centre (IC) including the engineering structures – connections. The Contractor's scope of supply shall comprise final engineering development, certification, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation/erection, building superintendant, commissioning, testing and trial operation of the associated components, subsystems and structures including the as-built documentation and the accompanying documentation and all auxiliary services needed for this type of buildings as the HVAC, fire protection, lighting, power plugs and sockets, emergency lighting, alarm systems, drinking water, etc.
The Contractor´s tasks are, as follows:
MAIN TASKS?(Works and deliveries based on design documentation):?Engineer networks connections erection including setting out of networks and connection points, subsequently establishing networks connections?- New V1 Decommissioning Centre building including earthworks, foundation engineering, vertical load bearing structures, horizontal structures, roofing, installation of external doors and windows, nonbearing structures - partition walls, sanitary engineering, internal electrical networks, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, structured cabling, fire signalization, security system, I&C, screening and flooring, thermal and waterproofing insulations, coats and paintings, other surface finishes, finish hardware,?- Hard surfaces including erection of the entry routes, parking places and other adjacent hard surfaces?- Implementation of landscape design (mainly planting trees and grass within adjacent areas)
MISCELLANEOUS TASKS?(additional Works and deliveries based upon the Employer´s request)?- Documentation development including management documentation, documentation for house inspection (As-built documentation, revision reports, energetic certificate, geometric plan and all other documents required for house inspection), auxiliary documentation accompanying the Tender (basic documentation of interior and archive supply, basic documentation of models and presentation supply and audio video design documentation) ?- Auxiliary supplies - Implementation of auxiliary supplies according to required accompanying documentation including landscape, audio – video devices, interior and archive equipment and furniture, models and presentations, basement of the monument including transport within Bohunice V1 NPP and loading of the monument (monument is out of the scope)? ?- Other duties – testing, Employer´s personnel training and Provision of Superintendant, who will supervise the Works
The erection and installation works will be performed on the site of V1 Nuclear Power Plant Jaslovské Bohunice.
Procurement will be carried out in accordance with EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules with the exception of country eligibility restrictions defined within the BIDSF rules. Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of the BIDSF grant which is administered by the Bank is open to firms from all eligible countries and as at 1st January 2011 they are: EU member states, Switzerland, and the EBRD´s Countries of Operations.
